TV Update
I'm not sure how it happened, but my TV viewing has diminished drastically in the last few months. Sure, I am still watching some - but I find that I'm contantly deleting shows without having watched them from my DTVR as it fills up.
We did finally watch the last episode of Friday Night Lights. So bittersweet. Such a solid solid episode to conclude with. Yet, many unresolved plot lines. The future of Friday Night Lights was looking very bleak for sometime now - but today - a ray of hope! Please please please let this work out. Otherwise I may lose all faith I have in quality TV programming.
Another show that is on the renewal bubble - How I Met Your Mother. I know I don't talk about this show much, but it is great. There is always at least one laugh-out-loud moment in each episode. But yet this show may not be renewed and crap like According To Jim is guaranteed to come back... how is that fair?
How can anyone not love this clip:
Switching gears to a show that gets the viewership it deserves... Lost. After each new episode I am left feeling either: a) Best show EVER or b) I am so freaking confused. I think the powers-that-be must plan it that way - I guess it's a good balance... Anyway, my biggest fear is that the series will end without explaining so many things - polar bears! smoke monster! Sayid is a hired assassin! dead girl's bracelet! Jacob!
And finally - my thoughts on Big Brother 9. To say that I am disappointed would be an understatement. At first, I thought "great idea" having them in couples. But then people started getting booted off too quickly. And now we are down to how few houseguests? AND they keep voting out the most interesting guests (although they may be annoying) - prime example: Allison goes but Ryan stays. Could there be a more boring personality in the house than Ryan?
But the real question is will the old BB that I've grown to love be back in the summer? Hmmmm.

Last episode of Friday Night Lights?? Are you watching it by downloading or am missing something on TV...it hasn't been on for weeks! And, my DTVR is booked.
BB9....yeah...it is what it is...but, I'm still watching it.
